Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AEOSearchranker, operated by Kinson Digital Hub Inc, a Florida corporation (“we”, “us”). By running a scan or creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

AEOSearchranker measures how often live AI search engines recommend a business for a given consumer question, and provides suggestions for improving that visibility. Scores are produced by querying third-party AI systems whose answers are inherently variable: a score is a measurement at a point in time, not a guarantee, and recommendations are advice, not a promise of results.

Your account and plan

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Each plan includes defined limits (brands, keywords, scans, roadmaps). We may throttle or suspend usage that circumvents those limits or automates access to the service.
• Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time; cancellation stops future charges and downgrades the account at the end of the billing period.

Purchases, billing & refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Fix Kit ($2.99, one-time)— a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. If it isn’t useful to you, email ewortatkinson@gmail.com (or reply to your delivery email) within 7 days of purchaseand we’ll refund you in full. Limit one Fix Kit refund per customer; refunding closes access to the kit.
• Subscriptions (Growth, Pro)— billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again. We don’t prorate partial months. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll review it promptly.

Acceptable use

You may only scan businesses you own or are authorized to represent, or scan publicly available competitor information for lawful benchmarking. You may not use the service to harass, defame, or misrepresent any business, or resell scan output as your own automated service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on scan results or roadmaps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim in their local small-claims court where applicable law provides one.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account holders and take effect 14 days after notice.
