AEOSearchranker (“we”, “us”) is operated by Kinson Digital Hub Inc, a Florida corporation. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Free scan details — your email address, business name, the search phrase you want checked, and (optionally) your city. We also record your IP address, used solely to rate-limit free scans and prevent abuse.
- Account data — if you create an account: your email, the brands and keywords you track, and your scan results and history.
- Cookies — we use only the session cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run your scans and show and store your results.
- To email you: your scan results, weekly visibility digests (paid plans), and occasional product updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse of the free scan.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the product:
- Anthropic — and, when those engines are enabled, OpenAI and Perplexity — run the AI queries behind each scan. Your business name, keyword, and city appear in those queries.
- Stripe — payment processing for purchases. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive your email and the purchase details.
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Retention & your rights
Scan history is kept while your account is active so we can chart your visibility over time. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing ewortatkinson@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your brands, scans, and history.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders.
